Economic and Industrial Potential of Syria

This Tuesday, in collaboration with BECI, and with the support of the Embassy of Syria and Syrian European Nexus (SEN), we hosted a pivotal seminar to discuss Syria’s re-emerging investment and trade prospects.
The discussions offered valuable insights into Syria’s path toward economic stability. A recurring theme was how Syrian resilience, combined with its deep history, unique geography, and skilled manpower, positions it as a vital regional bridge for trade and energy. Syria is moving forward, seeking strategic investments and sustainable economic partnerships.
A sincere thank you to our distinguished speakers and partners:
* Our partners at BECI for hosting us, Jean-Philippe Mergen and Ekaterina Clifford
* H.E. Ambassador AMMAR AL ARSAN, Head of the Syrian Mission to the EU, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
* H.E. Dr. Khaled Hanafy, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Chambers, our guest of honour
* Our partners and friends from SEN, Syrian European Nexus, Rachid Mbayed for the deep dive insights; Moe Kalaaji and the SEN team for bringing a beautiful touch of Syria, to our networking session with traditional delicacies and gift bags of Aleppo soap.
At the ABLCC, we are proud to create the space for these vital dialogues, laying the groundwork today for the renewed partnerships of tomorrow.
