Certainly. Kuwait Vision 2035, also known as New Kuwait, is the guiding framework for our country’s transformation into a regional financial and trade hub. The vision is focused on diversifying the economy beyond oil, empowering the private sector, and attracting foreign investment to build a more sustainable and competitive future. To realize this vision, we’re investing heavily in key non-oil sectors such as information technology, renewable energy, healthcare, education, and infrastructure. For instance, Kuwai t i s placing digi tal i zat ion and innovation at the center of our development strategy, enhancing government services, supporting tech startups, and building smart infrastructure. We are also improving our logistics and connectivity. Kuwait is upgrading its main port and airport to boost trade and tourism. In fact, Kuwait International Airport’s $4.3 billion Terminal 2 is redefining aviation with cutting-edge engineering, sustainability, and design. Plans are underway for Kuwait to be part of the wider GCC railway network, which will enhance regional trade flows.
